We must have done the inventory part of decomming this panda, but not the disabling or shutting off part, because it's still taking jobs, burning every other one as it fails to reboot via the relay board because it doesn't have any relay board to reboot via.

The issue has been solved in bug 1223256, the slave is no longer taking jobs. Thanks Kim!
