1222345 - Flicker when mouse over Context Menu items in Hello panel

Reproducible with latest Developer Edition 44.0a2 and Nightly 45.0a1 (from 2015-11-04), e10s on/off
Affected platforms: Windows 7 64-bit, Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit, Mac OS X 10.11 and Windows 10 64-bit

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Firefox.
2. Click Hello icon and select Get started button.
3. Start some conversations.
4. Open Hello panel and right click on any conversation.
5. Mouse over any option via the Context Menu.

Expected results: No flicker.

Actual results: Flicker between Context Menu options and conversations.

Additional notes
1. Not reproducible with Nightly from 2015-07-06 - will investigate further.
2. Also, when I right click on any conversation favicon and select an option via the Context menu, the following erros are displayed in the Browser console:
'TypeError: gContextMenuContentData is null' thrown by nsContextMenu.js:242:1
'TypeError: gContextMenu is null' thrown by browser.xul:1:97
Although, this is reproducible even with Nightly from 2015-07-06 (issue visible in the attached video)

Bug 1222345 is removing the context menu, so this will be "fixed" by that one.
