in bug 1197751, mouse move is pixel to pixel. That will be a little bit slow when TV resolution is high.
Some ideas from UX Tori:
1) acceleration according to device's virtual touchpad width/height. Small virtual touchpad moves faster than large one.
2) The longer user keeps moving, the faster we move.
