Currently we use a greenish/golden look and feel for the first run. This matches our lightweight theme for restricted profiles. We are now adding a theme picker (bug 1220251) and therefore want to remove the default theme (bug 1222381). Maybe we want to update the look of the first run too.

NI Anthony. This has not been discussed before but might be something we want to do if we remove the default theme for restricted profiles.

I'd like to go with the designs in bug 1220251. 

That would mean that the first run will effectively be this slide. Is it me, or are these bugs dupes?

This bug is just about the already existing panel. If we are going to replace it with the theme picker (bug 1220251) then this bug is now about removing the old one.

I don't think we should remove the original panel. I'd like the lightweight theme panel to be restriced-profile-agnostic, such that we could also add it to our non-restricted first run experience.
