This bug appeared after the update to Firefox 42 (The package from my distribution, Fedora 23).

After trying a few things, i find that the bug was cause by a theme that i use, GNOME Theme (https://github.com/gnome-integration-team/firefox-gnome/). I mark the bug as resolved and report the bug to theme bug-tracker.
