Using the Z3C foxfooding device. This bug occurred a while ago, I don't know what build I was running at the time - and I can't repro unless I wipe the device and start again.

STR:
1) On a wiped device, open WhatsApp
2) Start the enroll process
3) When on the "sending code..." screen, observe the UI

Expected:
If the phone is waiting on user input, don't show a spinner that implies the phone is busy and doing something.

Actual:
The phone shows a progress spinner, even though it's actually waiting for the user to press "yes" or "no" to confirm whether it should send the code or not.
