hiddenwindow.xul needs to be moved into an overlay and only loaded on the Mac.

Oh, this was done, not exactly as described in the original complaint, a long time ago.
Everyone still has a hiddenwindow.xul, but only the Mac has the full-fledged version
with a big ol menu.
