Actual results:

I am quite involved with SUMO and the Army of Awesome. Today, a user contacted me because they couldn't locate a link that would direct them to the registration page for a new user. It has been a while since I first registered to join SUMO, but I forgot how hard it is to locate the registration link.
On the sign in page, there is no link that directs to user to a registration page, which is the standard no most websites. Although users are directed to register when asking a question, there are some users that believe they need to register before asking a question. Even if a user would like to simply reply to a thread without starting a question, they are prompted to start a new question to create an account.
It was brought to my attention by the developers that there is more than one registration page: one for contributors and one for general users.

Expected results:

We should have a register button next to the sign in button on sign in page and also in the header. This registration link should link to the registration page for general users seeking help. There is no need to display the registration link for contributors anywhere on the SUMO website. This link should only be shared with users, via the Mozilla get involved page.
