I had a talk with Philippe Le Hégaret at W3C last week in Boston.
He told me MDN has no mention about [Navigation timing 2](http://www.w3.org/TR/navigation-timing-2/). Even though the API didn't change much in months and pages has no mention at all about the v2 in progress.
See Browser support reports here https://www.w3.org/2015/10/webperf-all.html and http://www.w3.org/2015/10/webperf-overview.html
