Display active timers and their ETAs on the lock screen
>> Description of feature, or problem to be solved
Using the Z3C foxfooding device with the latest FOTA/OTA installed (build number: eng.naoki.20151007.074137, build identifier 20151023101519).
STR:
1) Open clock app
2) Set a timer for 5 mins and press start
3) Drag down from the top of the screen to reveal the notifications tray
Expected:
The notifications tray indicates that a timer is running, and also the ETA for it going off. (Like on Android).
Actual:
No indication that a timer is running is shown on the notifications tray.
See also bug 1222750 for adding similar functionality, but to the lock screen instead.
