Steps to reproduce:
Put a youtube video in fullscreen, and press command+n to open a new window.
Actual results:
The new window does not load the start page, and it is not possible to focus any field in the new window. The window could not be closed by pressing the red "x" button either.
Note: This occured on a late 2011 MacBook Pro 15" running OS X El Capitan.
Expected results:
The new window should have loaded the start page and the window should have the same functionality as any other window or tab.
