1222796 - System update screen shown but did not perform any action

This is how I did :

1. I was listening to songs on SoundCloud app and few other apps were also open in background.
2. I got notification for system update to latest build. I downloaded the build & clicked on Yes when it asked me to apply changes.
3. I was expecting the phone to shut down and apply the changes, but I was just seeing System update screen (screenshot attached). Few observations made at this point of time -
- SoundCloud app was still playing songs
- I was even able to call on my mobile, and by pressing the power button I was able to disconnect the incoming call. and I was seeing only the system update screen.

Then I ran B2G-flash-tool script to take backup (because I was worried what will happen next, so took backup). After backup was finished, it automatically restarted the phone and I was seeing everything still fine. I again downloaded updated and applied them.

I noticed this is reproducible event if we are playing music on music app itself (step 1). Marking it major.
