1222843 - Crash in spd_send_data_wo_mutex (libspeechd.so.2) during startup (signal 11)

It appears some Firefox child process crash on startup with
the following stack.  Firefox proceeds to startup and seem
to work normally.  It later hangs during shutdown though which
I suspect is caused by this crash.  This is a recent regression.
Linux x86-64 debug build.
