Recently visited sites don't appear in home tab if previously deleted

Build: 1.2(1202)
Steps to reproduce:
1.Visit google.com
2.Go to home page and delete google.com's thumbnail from home-screen
3.Restart the app and visit again google.com
4.Go to home page
Result:
A site's thumbnail, once deleted from home panel, will not appear again in most visited no matter how many times the site is visited
This issue also occurs on the release build: 1.0.1(44)

Yes, that's exactly what's supposed to happen. The 'delete' means 'never again show me this domain on my Top Sites'.
Alas, some users will be confused, but that's because Top Sites is really confusing, and there's not much we can do to band-aid it.
