In bug 1222870, RIL_REQUEST_DEVICE_IDENTITY will be enabled to retrieve IMEI, IMEISV, ESN, MEID.

In android_modem.c, only IMEI is available from +CGSN.

This bug is to address the support of AT commands for IMEISV, ESN, MEID.
Firefox OS is not being worked on
