User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0
Build ID: 20151029151421

Steps to reproduce:

Upgraded to Firefox 42 and issue appeared.

I'm using Max 10.11.1 (El Capitan) on a Late 2013 13" Retina MacBook Pro.

Actual results:

Close, Max, Min buttons have moved down about 50 pixel from the last release I was using. They now are over the top egde of the back button and url area.

See attached screenshot.

Expected results:

I wasn't expected the buttons to move after the upgrade. It looks like they are not in the correct panel.

Launched firefox this morning and issue has gone away, close/min/max buttons look correct. Not sure what updated or changed but now I can't recreate the issue today.
