Using the Z3C foxfooding device with the latest FOTA installed (build number: eng.naoki.20151007.074137, build identifier 20151023101519). STR: 1) Drag down from the top of the screen to open the notifications tray 2) Look at the quick-settings controls exposed at the bottom of the tray Expected: One of the controls allows for changing the screen brightness directly, without having to open the settings, press "display" then change the slider. (Like on Android and iOS). Actual: No brightness quick-controls present.
