Currently, the mobile-connection icon includes all the signal/roaming icons. As we are using flex for deciding what to show, we should be as granular as possible for the icons. That way we can show 1 slot if there is space, even we don't have space for showing the second. So, we should:

- Remove mobile-connection-icon
- Initialize 1 signal-icon per slot on radio.js
- Make the icons independent and react to the events by themselves 
- Make the signal icon include a roaming icon when needed.
