When the user pins a web page, goes to the home screen and reopens browser, they will notice that they are taken to the landing page. A new browser window was opened.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151109152230
2) Open Browser.
3) Go to any website.
4) Tap "..." and select "Pin".
5) Tap "Pin site". 
6) Tap the "Home" button to go to the homescreen.
7) Tap on the "Browser" app to open it.

Actual:
The user is taken to the browser landing page because a new window was opened.

Expected:
The user is taken to the last browser page that they had opened.

This also occurs on Flame 2.5

A new web page is opened after pinning a web page to the homescreen.

I think this is by design.

The browser icon should re-use unpinned windows if they are open, but not pinned windows.

Please re-open if unpinned windows are not being re-used correctly.
