Details

The e10s spinner sometimes appears and never goes away, forcing me to restart Firefox. I would like to know how common this is. We already have the FX_TAB_SWITCH_SPINNER_VISIBLE_MS probe.
Actually, this might fall under crash reporting or AsyncShutdown reporting
Do you think we should make the spinner be a shutdown blocker?

No. In fact, it seems Firefox needs to be force-killed if the spinner spins forever :/ So maybe this bug is a WONTFIX
