Description:
The user controls Ringtone, Notification, and Dialer Keypad Touch Tone volumes with the same 'Ringtones & Notifications' slider.  However, the Ringtones and Notifications are significantly quieter than the Touch Tones from the keypad.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151109152230
2) Leave the "Ringtones & Notifications" volume at the default, halfway level.
3) Open the Dialer app and tap the keypad. Note the volume of the touch tones.
4) Receive an incoming call, and trigger a Notification. Note the volume of the ringtone and notification.

Actual:
The Ringtones and Notifications are significantly quieter than the Touch Tones

Expected:
The Ringtones and Notifications are approximately the same volume as the Touch Tones

This issue DOES occur on the latest Aries 2.5 build.
The Ringtones and Notifications are significantly quieter than the Touch Tones
