can you put a note about this mulet simulator stuff and how its needed for parsing sake but should be fixed correctly later?

I brought up the fact that this patch changes anything that uses b2g_aries_spark_ota_base.yml to also end up with a nightly-b2g44 update channel. IOW - not just flame-kk

that's okay for now since we are only scheduling flame-kk and aries-dogfood on b2g44_v_2_5 but it will be a problem if we schedule others like https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/search?q=b2g_aries_spark_ota_base.yml

we should get something on file and address this after the rush.

OTA won't work for flame.  We need FOTA.
