WFM Win XP 2002012708, do you have a talkback incident?

I think I installed the talkback feature but if I press the "Change
password"-button, Mozilla crashes with the Win XP default Dialog box
"MOZILLA.EXE detected a problem and has to be closed" (I have a german Windows,
so I'm not sure about the text in english, but it is the Windows default dialog)
an no more dialogs come up. I have to restart Mozilla.
As I tried it once again, I recognized, that if I have Administrator privileges,
The talkback agent comes up. But this does NOT happen if I'm only a user.
I will run through the talkback agent and re-submit this bug with it.
