Create a new contact from the call log, a duplicate entry for "communication" is presented to the user. Both are working as expected

Can you please describe with specific steps how to reproduce the problem. How did you create the contact from the call log and where are you presented with the duplicate entry? I

1. Open the phone app
2. Open the call log
3. Hold on some entry you wish to add to your contacts till a dialog appears
4. Select "Call information"
5. Select "Create new contact" from the call information screen, a dialog will open

Now there are two "Communications" entry in the dialog and both should be working

I recently re-flashed my device to the latest base image and now only one of the two entry is working as expected.

This is a dupe of bug 1193503 which requires OTA to reproduce.

Resolving as dupe of Bug in Comment 9 - the system.ini indicates the reporter is running on the BuildID=20151023030241 which doesn't have the fix.
