Please put the TV marketplace FTU into the TV marketplace app.
It only has to show once on the 1st open of the TV marketplace app.
Please pay attention to the lib paths when doing integration.

I have merged Fischer's previous work of FTE for marketplace into current codebase. And also make some changes to make it suitable with marketplace website.
