I followed up instructions from https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/SD/DuoSecurity%2C+Account+Creation+-+Duo+Push to set-up the 2FA but the MFA panel doesn't show up on my default page. I followed-up the comments section and noticed that some other people have recently experienced same issue. Found instructions there to file a bug here to get myself enrolled to the group to grant me access. Please let me know if there's any other info I could provide. Thank you.
I've added you to the group. It might take 10 minutes or so for the change to take affect, but then the MFA option should show up.
