I found this when using the Mozilla mail browser build 20020127. I went to Preferences -> Navigator -> Helper applications. In the text area was the string "text/html" by default. I then chose to view the category Languages and came back to Helper applications, the "text/html" string wasn't there anymore. I did the same thing again for a second time (went to Languages and came back to H.a.) and the string was there. It seems that the strings are updated right almost every other time, not every time as it should.
