122337 - PNG image not displayed on the webpage

Problem Description:
The PNG image counter at the above URL is not shown in Mozilla on nightly
BuildID: 2002012623 all platforms.

Expected results: a counter [000xx] shown at the bottom of the page. (Works fine
in both IE 5.x/6.x and Netscape 4.x.)

Actual result:  A URL link with text "Statistics" is being shown instead of an
image.

gives me this (the referer is madatory otherwise, a error page is sent)
