When pinning sites, we are using a custom gaia-toast inside the dialog. We should use the systemBanner in app_chrome [1] instead, as we do when Pinning/Unpinning pages [1] https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/apps/system/js/app_chrome.js#L410
