Steps to reproduce:
Submitted crash report via Crash Reporter; but clicked Restart before noticing that I'd forgotten to include email address.
Actual results:
Report submitted with "Allow Mozilla to contact me about this report" box checked
Expected results:
Insist on email address when box checked.
