Description:
When user opens video clip through messages that is received it flickers before opens up.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20151110030237
2) Send small video clip to testing device
3) Open Message app and open video
4) Observe when opening video clip it flickers.

Actual:
Received video clip flickers when opening from messages app.

Expected:
Received video clip should not flicker when you open from messages app.

I don't see much wrong from the youtube video either.  The video looks fine to me as well.

I couldn't reproduce it. I tried 5/5, I think it was just quality of the video.
