Steps to reproduce:

Take a Picture using the Camera App; Image gets captured, can be seen in gallery. 


Actual results:

Gallery takes time to load. I checked the folder for the gallery (DCIM). There are a lot of folders created. each folder has img files inside that has names IMG_0001 and up but what happens is it does not reach IMG_9999 and just creates a new folder again and again.


Expected results:

IMG files should start at IMG_0001.jpg and reach IMG_9999.jpg before creating a new folder.
