The gmp-openh264 v1.5.3 is ready to pickup. The code branch is v1.5.3-Firefox39: https://github.com/cisco/openh264/tree/v1.5.3-Firefox39. The current tip commit is https://github.com/cisco/openh264/commit/2706e36bf0a8b7c539c803ed877148c005ffca59.

This is being rolled out to users now, starting with Nightly
v1.5.3 is completely deployed to all channels and platforms, so close this mega bug.
