Enabling C++APZ in Fennec causes bg-fixed-transformed-image-ref.html to fail. The fuzz test needs to be increased to number similar to B2G in order for the test to pass.

This is basically what happened in bug 1209964 in the follow-up patch, so I don't think there's anything sinister going on here.
