Following up on our IRC communications, the Stackato app thecount (http://thecount.paas.allizom.org) will be migrated, likely to Heroku and this is a tracker for that work.

Hi, I just wanted to see if we're on track for this to be migrated before the end of the year given there are a lot of holidays and Mozlando between now and then.

We caught up on IRC and the estimation is that this won't quite be migrated before the end of the year but that it isn't important enough or used frequently enough to warrant blocking the Stackato exit. So we'll shut down "thecount" app just before we shut down Stackato entirely and bwalker needs nothing from us to stand it up on Heroku when he gets a chance in the new year.

:bwalker, FYI Stackato will be decommissioned starting next Tuesday.
