When entering the above address it should redirect to the original one.

Reproducible on Firefox 70.0.1.

Steps to reproduce:
Press Ctrl+U many times in a row. Sometimes, that will open view-source:about:blank in addition to the normal view-source:... tab; while sometimes, a view-source:view-source:... tab will appear, with the page source but without syntax highlight.
