+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #935685 +++ I've been added to the email@example.com group by Vladan Djeric, so I'll need access to download the raw dumps on crash-stats, as well as whatever other admin panel access makes sense for me to have. Thanks!
Kairo, would you be able to grant this access similar to bug 935685?
I can't, Chris Lonnen can, and this is not web ops, but Socorro itself, moving there.

I can! Hey Matt. I need your boss to ack that you need these permissions. I need you to confirm your email on crash-stats (you'll need to use your mozilla.com one if you don't already), and I'll need you to ack the following: * Crash dumps contain memory contents, and may contain private user data. * Only access dumps as necessary. * Keep them securely on Mozilla hardware. * When finished with a dump, delete it (within 30 days) * Do not share personal data from the dump publicly (on bugzilla, irc, etc) * Do not share personal data with non-employees, including partner organizations, without consultation and explicit permission from Lonnen (firstname.lastname@example.org). A signed NDA and other arrangements will be required of the other organization. * It is fine to share stack traces, analysis, and other non-personal data * Access is conditional on employment and will be revoked upon departure from Mozilla
Thanks, Chris. It's been a while, I almost forgot about this. I've checked that my e-mail on crash-stats is my mozilla.com address. I have read the conditions listed in comment 3 and I agree to abide by them.
Thank you everyone! "User email@example.com update saved." mhowell -- you should be good to go now
