1:40.53 running build_ext 1:40.53 1:40.53 copying build\lib.win32-2.7\psutil\_psutil_windows.pyd -> psutil 1:40.53 1:40.53 error: could not delete 'psutil\_psutil_windows.pyd': Access is denied 1:40.53 1:40.53 1:40.53 Error processing command. Ignoring because optional. (optional:setup.py:python/psutil:build_ext:--inplace) Does not (yet) appear to impede build process.
psutil is an optional build dependency. So this is a low priority bug.
Not seen this in a long time.
