User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.10; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 Build ID: 20151029151421 Steps to reproduce: Tested on another Mac running Firefox 42 & OS X 10.8. I also downgraded both machines to run FireFox 32 and there were no problems in starting and running Flash Player, so it isn't OS X causing the problem. Flash Player also runs perfectly in all other major browsers on both machines. Both machines also run the latest version of Flash Player. Actual results: Flash Player fails to start. SWF doesn't load. Context menu for Flash player is unavailable. Using FireBug I can see that object element is greyed out. This is the page I was testing with: http://ecg.southwales.ac.uk/login/adult_male/index.html and Flash player fails to start; screenshot attached I have had the same issue with Flash on other sites, in particular those using Flash for embedded video, such as YouTube. Expected results: Flash Player should have started and the SWF should have loaded and started playing.
