my wireless keyboard will not work in Firefox called insignia. ivetried to get it to work as far as typing anything but it will not work. i typing this in explorer under notepad then copy/paste to this bug site. can you text  at 219-306-5445?

Could you give the exact model name of your wireless keyboard?

In addition, does it have drivers? If yes, can you update them?
Did it use to work with previous version of Firefox, like 41 or older?
