Right now, if you ask telemetery.m.o to compare based on e10sEnabled, we're mixing populations: e10sEnabled:true - profiles whose users have chosen to enable e10s, profiles whose users have had e10s enabled due to an experiment. To increase usefulness of these histograms, perhaps we should be able to filter to only profiles who are participating in a particular experiment. This will require backend support on how things are aggregated. This will require frontend support to enable t.m.o's UIs to allow users to filter based on experiment participation.

This is covered by the experiments pipeline, as well as the experiment additions to error_aggregates.
