Details

Summary: To install Fuji patch 8 is to fix issues with missing icons and workflow bugs in production. Impact of work: None to end user. Email and scheduled jobs will queue until the patch has successfully completed installing. The service will still be available to the end user. Admin Assigned: Jen Hayashi Start time: Saturday, Nov 21 @ 10am PT End Time: Saturday, Nov 21 @ 11am PT Duration: 1 hour Work plan: Schedule patch installation with Service Now Support Test plan: Patch has been installed in dev and test instances and running the last month without issues. Rollback plan: If the patch doesn't successfully install, it will be backed out. Service effected: mozilla.service-now.com - the EUS/Facilities ticketing system.
