The list of locals in settings.MDN_LANGUAGES doesn't match the list of locales in the locale/ folder for the UI strings. These should be sync'd up.

Bug 1224366 - Remove en-US locale

This is our base language so we don't need the translations. There
are also old, incorrect, and outdated translations here.
