Chained AJAX requests are throwing "Invalid request (Unexpected EOF)". It happens only in Firefox, I have made tests with other browsers.

requests.html

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0
Build ID: 20151029151421

Steps to reproduce:

I'm using 42.0 version.

I'm using PHP bult in development server.

So I have 3 Ajax requests one after another (PUT, GET, GET).

Every time I refresh server shows "Invalid request (Unexpected EOF)".

I'm developing a site and I basically have three AJAX requests one after another.

Code will be in "requests.html" which shows how HTML and JavaScript looks like.

First PUT request does not put any data to the page (I have tried with POST also, same error)

Other two GET requests put some data from the server on the page but those are only tables and table rows.

When I remove just one (any of them) of those Ajax requests and leave 2 of them no error occurs.

Actual results:

I have tested in Chrome, Opera and IE and they don't show errors.

After I put third Ajax request on the page

"Invalid request (Unexpected EOF)"

started to appear.

Expected results:

What should have happened is that page loads without this error like in other browsers.

Hi Toni,

I have push on the attachment link and I have an error:"Internal Server Error Occurred". I have this error in Firefox and Chrome. Please give me a way to test this problem, provide if you can some steps.

Also you can test this problem downloading the Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.

Create a new profile, you have the steps here:https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager

Hi again.

Sorry it has been day since my feedback.

I have tested with other pages as well and I came to conclusion that this is not strictly tied to Ajax requests.

Error happens even on pages with no Ajax requests at all.

I'm using Laravel 5 and PHP built in server.

I think this has something with your "Network Prediction" feature.

Again, Chrome, Opera and IE 11 do not produce this same error and they all have "Network Prediction" feature turned on as well.

Hi,

I also retested this issue and I get this: "Internal server error occurred." on all browsers.

Please take a look at this link and see if it's helps you: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can#w_dns-prefetching
Please tell me the result.
