Details

Fig is no longer maintained and has been replaces by docker-compose.
The other option I guess is just to delete it all for now (it will still exist in VCS history) - since I don't even know if anyone uses it. And then when we do bug 1169263, to do it from scratch and properly, using something docker based. The solution there could even use tools that read in the Procfile etc.
