User Story

User Story:
I as a SUMO staff member want to see the retention for the community so I can tell whether we are getting closer or further away from our goal around it.

Acceptance Criteria:

Contributors defined as:
* one reply on a thread where the poster is not the thread starter
* One revision or review for KB/L10n
* One tweet for AoA

The cohorts are based on week of the year
A unified chart across all contribution areas on the KPI dashboard
the columns span 12 weeks
Retention is presented in absolute and relative terms (percentages)
Retention chart broken down by area on community health metrics page (/community/metrics)
