Description:
If a site icon has a transparency layer, the icon can be difficult to see when the site is pinned to the homescreen.

In the Legacy Home Screen, the bookmark icon was placed in front of a white circle, which avoided this problem.

Note: The only site I have found which has a transparency layer is Polygon.com, but this may affect other websites as well.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151113123209
2) Open the Browser app and navigate to Polygon.com
3) Select the ellipsis (...) and Pin the Site
4) Return to the Homescreen

Actual:
Pinned Site icons do not have a background color, so icons with a transparency layer can be difficult to see on the Homescreen.

Expected:
Pinned Site icons have a white background to them to accommodate icons with a transparency layer.
