Details

When you want to replace the Japanese characters in HTML editor, you can do the following. 1. open the editor 2. edit several Japanese characters (あいうかお) 3. move the mouse to whenever you want to replace character in this case if you want to replace 4th character, so move mouse to the 4th character 4. highlight the 4th characer 5. type new character "え" (at this time, the 4th character is still highlighted.) 6. after hit Enter, the new character should replace the character highlighted However, the new character is inserted after the highlighted character. This is not right behavior. If you edit character without IME (which means you edit English charager), the new character replaces the old character. Tested 8-16 M9 Win32 build.
This looks like a dup of #12243.
