Using 1/29/02 build on NT.  I couldn't find a dup for this.

Open a message compose window.
Type some text.
Notice that the text is not centered on the line. Instead it is higher than it
should be.

I checked this on build 2002-01-25-06 and did not see this behavior.  This could
have been a recent regression.

I've also seen this in MailNews but it also affect the Location bar within
Browser, URLs are 1 (or 2 ?) pixel higher than they used to.
Using build 2002020103 on Win2k, I think I've seen this since 2002012903.
