I watched a video like this for example:

Actual results:

I got "An error has occurred. Please try again."


Expected results:

Video would continue.

We see to have some intermittant decode failures. How often do you see this, and if you reload the page does it work then?

Is it related to seeking or changing resolutions, fullscreen, or anything like that, or did it happen just after loading the page?

Ralph, sorry for the very late reply, but:
1. Like once or twice every one or two days, and it works once I reload.
2. It's usually related to seeking.

Sorry. Can you please send this bug off to Mozilla staff for a fix in Firefox 43?

@gumballisthegreatest: No, as this is unrelated to "Mozilla **staff**" (emphasis by me), as the request does not make sense (bugs are managed in a bugtracker and that's where we are already), and as you can do that as well as I could. :)
